Is there anything to consider before performing Kegel exercises?

Always make sure to empty your bladder prior to exercising. Make sure to relax before starting to exercise and try not to tighten your buttocks, legs, or abdomen.

Is there anything I need to pay attention to while exercising?

You have to first tighten and then rest your pelvic floor muscles in the intervals provided by the app. For example, one exercise may ask you to repeatedly tighten your muscle for 5 seconds followed by a 5 second rest.
